1.    Do I have to complete the Twist Preference Profile (TPP)? Completing your TPP is optional - but we strongly suggest doing so as it allows us to choose products based on your preferences!

2.    If I tell you what I like how will I be surprised?  Even if we know your preferences…because of the large range of makeup – fashion – jewellery – and gourmet treats available we are sure that you will be surprised!

3.    How does Twist do a monthly theme if the boxes are personalized?

We still design a themed box…but instead of a set design we allow for optional products that still fit into the theme of the box. Its more work for us but we think you’re worth it!

4.    Can I change my TPP? Yes, you may change and or update your TPP as often as you’d like to! Please note that if your box has already been designed you have to wait for the next month for the changes to occur.

5.    How many products are in the Twist Beauty Box? Every month there will be 5 – 7 full and/or sample sized products designed around a theme.

6.    How many products are in the Twist Full Sized Box? Every month there will be 5 – 8 full sized products designed around a theme.

7.    Do you choose Vegan/ Organic Products? We include vegan/organic products in all our boxes.

​

8.    Do you include information about the products? Yes, we include product information in every box.

​

9.    Do you ship internationally? Currently, Twist ships to the United States and Canada.

11.  I am Beauty Vlogger or Subscription Box Vlogger can I receive free boxes for review? If you have an established following, please contact us by email and include your YouTube channel information.
